I have traveled to Israel within the last 18 months (about 10 times) on a fact-finding mission. I have always been involved, in 1 way or another, in the Healthcare Industry in the USA. As a fan of Israel, I want to explore the opportunity of investing in the healthcare industry in Israel. I have learned that the potential is quite great, as there are a limited number of professionally run organizations in Israel, as opposed to here in the US. I have met with an individual who owns several facilities there and shares my dream of growing a large operation in Israel. He is specifically in the Independent Living sector, which is probably the most profitable sector to be in. Not to mention the limited types of required licences. Together, we are structuring a plan that would create a financing vehicle to raise the needed capital to
acquire more facilities.
